Questions about plans, billing and usage
Does Vislyt have a free plan?
No. Vislyt does not offer a permanent free plan. You can run a limited, one-time free AI visibility check before starting a 14-day trial.
What is included in the 14-day trial?
The trial includes one workspace, 1 project, 25 total tracked prompts, 2 full scans, 5 competitors, 20 audited pages, 3 content briefs, 1 article, 10 Agent messages and 1 shareable report.
Is a credit card required for the trial?
No. The trial is managed inside Vislyt and does not create a Stripe customer, subscription or payment method.
What happens when the trial ends?
Saved project data remains available to review. New scans, audits, content generation, Agent messages, report sharing and API access are paused until the workspace selects a paid plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Paid workspaces can open the Stripe Customer Portal from billing. Available plan changes depend on the products and prices configured in that portal.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are charged once for a 12-month billing period at the listed annual price. The annual prices are approximately two months free compared with twelve monthly payments: Pro is $1,250/year and Agency is $2,990/year. Enterprise is custom.
Which plan is best for agencies?
Agency is designed for SEO, AEO and content teams managing multiple client accounts. Pro is better for consultants or teams tracking a single brand.
Can I start with Pro and upgrade later?
Yes. Start with one project and move to Agency when you need more client workspaces or higher limits.
Do I need a sales call for Enterprise?
No. You can request an async quote and continue by email.
Are ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity included in every plan?
Yes. Paid plan limits apply to tracked projects and prompts across the supported ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity integrations. ChatGPT is measured through OpenAI’s API, and every provider still depends on its integration being configured and operational.
Is each prompt counted once per platform?
The prompt is stored once in its project. During a scan, Vislyt creates one provider execution for each enabled platform, so a 100-prompt allowance can produce up to 100 ChatGPT runs, 100 Gemini runs and 100 Perplexity runs in one full paid-plan scan.
How are scans counted?
A full scan runs every enabled prompt once on each selected provider. The trial allows up to 2 full scans; paid plans use the scheduled scan frequency shown in the comparison table.
Can I add more prompts or projects?
You can move to a plan with a higher project or prompt allowance. Larger or non-standard requirements can be submitted through the asynchronous Enterprise quote form.
Does Pro include API access?
Yes. Pro, Agency and Enterprise include read-only API access.
Which plan includes white-label reports?
White-label reports are included with Agency and Enterprise.
Can agencies use Vislyt for client reporting?
Yes. Agencies can separate client projects, inspect source responses and create shareable reports. Agency and Enterprise also include white-label reporting.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Subscription management is handled in the Stripe Customer Portal. The effective cancellation date and available options are shown there before you confirm a change.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete saved project data. Active scans require an eligible plan, and workspace deletion is handled separately.
